1. Inventory and damage - We ask you to handle our inventory with care and only put used dishes clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings occurs and can often be easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage. As a rule, tenants and fellow travellers are liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or replacement. Responsible for reimbursement. In case of minor damage, e.g. B. broken dishes, this is usually not necessary.

2. Volume and rest times - Please be considerate of our neighbourhood and stick to the room volume in the holiday apartment, especially at the volume of music or TV.

3. Visitors - Your guests are welcome in our holiday apartment for a visit at any time. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay overnight in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the holiday apartment accordingly.

4. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in our holiday apartment. Please use the outdoor area to smoke but still keep it clean.

5. Pets - Pets are welcome in our apartment on registration. Please note that damage or contamination caused by your pet must be repaired by yourself or informs us about it.

6. Safety and valuables - Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the apartment. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Waste separation - We ask you to separate your household waste into the existing containers in the apartment and sort it into the garbage containers.

8. Cleaning - The thorough final cleaning of the apartment takes place as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we would like to ask you to remove major dirt in advance and to leave the apartment broom clean upon departure.

9. Arrival and departure - The apartment can be occupied on the day of your arrival from 16:00. The departure is on the day of departure until 10:00.

10. Keys - We provide you with a house key and ask you to handle them with care. In case of loss of a key please inform us immediately.

11. Firewood - Especially in winter you like to make a fire in the fireplace. Wood for this can be obtained outside in the wood cage against charge. Please let us know how many baskets you have used when you leave. Details can be found in the Chalet Blog.

12. Environment - The environment is important to us, hopefully you are too. Therefore, please turn off the light and all technical devices if they are not needed. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you.
